Kirsop & Company can assist clients and designers in fulfilling their roles under the CDM regulations 2015.

We are members of the Association for Project Safety.

We also provide fire safety audits and fire risk assessments under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. This applies to a client’s duties and responsibilities, the audit checks that the necessary documentation and information is kept on the premises. It also covers emergency procedures, means of detecting fires, raising the alarm, escape, staff training and means of fighting fires.

Fire risk assessments identify hazards, those at risk and outlines control measures to minimise fire hazards in the workplace.
